With great honour and a deep sense of responsibility that I introduce myself as Comr. Eson John Uliuwa, the Public Relations and Protocol Officer of Edo State Polytechnic, Usen.

As the custodian of the Polytechnic’s image and communication framework, my office is committed to promoting a positive institutional identity, fostering effective communication, and strengthening the relationship between the Polytechnic and its diverse stakeholders — including staff, students, alumni, partners, and the general public.

The Office of the Public Relations and Protocol Officer is strategically positioned to:

• Project and sustain the Polytechnic’s reputation through accurate, timely, and impactful information dissemination.
• Manage media relations and publicity across all platforms.
• Coordinate official events and ensure proper protocol management.
• Serve as a bridge between the institution and the public, ensuring clarity, transparency, and mutual understanding.
